Avril’s POV

That’s it. We are leaving to the airport in ten minutes. We went to my dad’s house earlier and said goodbye. It was really great, but in the end I was so sad, because I hate goodbyes.

Now, we have to say goodbye to my mom and Michelle, and I already have tears in my eyes. I’ve been with Michelle all the time in this last month; I’m going to miss her so much.

“We’ve got to go…” Deryck says sadly. He also enjoyed a lot these days here. I look at my mom and Michelle, and both of them also have tears on their eyes.

“I don’t want you to go…” Michelle says hugging me.

“Me too… But I need to.” I sniff. “I’m going to miss you so much.”

“God… it’s going to be really difficult to be alone… those days were really great.” She says.

“Oh yeah… and a lot of things happened.” I laugh between the tears. She laughs too.

”Oh my God… that’s true! But now you have Deryck with you and everything is fine. You’re going to be great.” She smiles. “Promise you will call me if you need anything.”

“I will, I promise…” I look at my watch “Well, we really need to go. I’ll see you soon.” I say. July is not that far away from now. Only two tiny months away.

“I love you.” She hugs me again.

“I love you too.” I say.

Then I said goodbye to mommy, who was really crying now.

“Please, take care of yourself… I’m so worried about you when you are on tour… especially now.” She looks at my still flat belly “Really, sweet, be careful.” She begs me.

“Mom, I always take care of myself. Don’t worry.” I try to calm her.

“Ok, let’s not cry anymore. We are going to see each other soon, and tomorrow I’ll start to search for a house for you.” She says drying her tears.

“Thanks, mom.” I hug her tightly. “I’m going to miss you.”

“Thanks for everything, you both.” Deryck hugs them, picks up our luggage and we leave.
