Deryck’s POV I lift my head and look at Avril, who is opening her eyes. “Avril! My God! You are awake!” I yell so happy. She waked up. She is back. My heart is beating so fast. “You need to save the baby… please…” Avril says still sleepy. “Calm down, babe. Everything is fine. You are back now. Thank you, thank for staying with me.” I say with tears in my eyes. Joy tears. I run my fingers through her hair. Avril blinks her eyes slowly and looks sadly at me. “I lost it, didn’t I?” She asks lowly and with tears in her eyes. I squeeze her hand and smile. “No, babe. You didn’t lose it. You save it. You were amazing and you saved our kid’s life.” I say and kiss her hand. “And you know… she is a strong girl, just like her mother.” I smile at her. “She is…” She says thoughtfully and then she realizes. “Oh my God! Is it a girl?” She asks surprised and open a smile, a weak smile, but it’s all she can do at this moment. She is still so weak. “Yes… it’s a girl” I say proudly and rub her bump. “Just like you want.” She smiles with tear in her eyes, but now happy ones. “Yeah...She is going to be our little princess.” I say smiling and she narrows her eyes. “I used to be your little princess.” She jokes and I laugh. “Yeah… and now you’re going to be my queen.” I wink at her. “Ok, then.” She laughs. Suddenly her face changes. “Oh… and what about my shows? What is going to happen… people are expecting to see me…” “Terry cancelled them.” I say to her. I know how she loves the tour and how it will hurt her have to end it. “I don’t think you’ll be able to finish it, Av, sorry. You health comes first.” “My fans will be so disappointed…” She says sadly. “If they really like you, they will understand. They are so worried about you, babe. You received thousands of letters; Michelle kept them to give you when you wake up, don’t worry. And I don’t even know how many messages you got in your my space. You’ll have spent all your life to read them.” I say and she laughs. “They are so sweet…” She says and them she puts her hand on her bump and stare at it. “Feel it.” She put my hand on it too. I feel a lot of kicks. “My God… I think she was missing hearing your voice too. And she kicks really hard! Poor people who are going to mess with her, for sure she will kick their ass!” I say and Avril laughs. I stare at her and I can’t stop the tears to come to my eyes. “What’s wrong, Der? Is there something you didn’t tell me?” She asks worried. “No, babe… why?” I say. “You’re crying. You never cry.” She says holding me hand. She really didn’t see me this last week. “That’s nothing, babe. It’s just I’m so glad you are back. I was so worried and I missed you so much. I love you.” I say and give her a kiss.
