December 2nd, Toronto.

Deryck’s POV

“Come on, Avril, let’s watch the movie…” I scream from the living room. Avril is in the bathroom, where she goes now like, every 15 minutes.

“I’m going! Just a minute!” She screams back. I turn on the tv.

“And now let’s see how the weather is today…”

I hear steps on the stairs and I look at Avril.

“Oh my God, it looks like every time I look at you you’re bigger.” I exclaim. Her bump is about to explode, and even thought she didn’t gain a lot of weight, her belly is huge. She is practically in the ninth month, and she can have the baby anytime soon. “Do you want some help?” I ask her walking towards the stairs.

“…it looks like it’s going to be one of the worst winters in the last ten years… we already have snow and we aren’t even in the winter yet… I warn you to not leave the house today…”

“Thanks, but I’m fine.” She says smiling at me. She looks so cute.

“So, what are we going to watch?” I ask her holding her hand and walking toward the couch.

“Legally Blonde!” She grins.

“Oh noooooo, Av! You’ve watched this movie like, fifty-eight times!” I complain. Avril loves Legally Blonde, and just with me, she must have watched it like, ten times.

“Please, babe… I want to laugh a little.” She says with a pouting look. Why does she do that to me? She can get whatever she wants from me with that look, and she knows that.

“Okay… let’s watch it.” I say rolling my eyes and she opens a big smile.

I put the DVD and sit on the couch. Avril lays there with her head leaning on my legs.

We are almost in the middle of the movie and I’m stroking Avril’s hair when I hear some sniffs. I look at her and see that she is crying.

“Is there something wrong?” I ask worried.

“No…” She says rubbing her eyes. “It’s just that it’s so sad…”

“WHAT? The movie?” I say in shock. “You know, it’s supposed to be a comedy…”

“But didn’t you watch it? She wanted to join the study group, she brought snacks, and they didn’t let her study with them! They were so mean with her!” She says sadly. I really, really can’t believe she is crying watching Legally Blonde, especially like when she is watching it for the 59th time. It’s probably all the hormones, at least I hope it is.

“Stop it, please.” She says standing up. “Bathroom.” She whispers.

“Again?” I ask surprised. This is really crazy.

“Ask your daughter to stop crushing my bladder and maybe I’ll have fewer trips to the bathroom.” She says and leaves the room.

We finally finish the movie, after Avril have cried at least more four times. “She went to party wearing a bunny costume, and she was the only one wearing a costume… poor her.”; “She was accused to murder her own husband!”; “Look at this girl’s hair! How could they do that to her?”; “She did it… after all she finished college as one of the best students… and he is going to propose!”

“I’ll make some popcorn.” She says walking towards the kitchen.

“So we are going to watch another movie?” I ask raising my eyebrows.

“Sure!” She grins. “Legally Blonde 2!”

I put the pillow on my face. At least there is one song of Avril on it.

Avril goes to the kitchen and I start to smell popcorn. I’m about to put the movie on the DVD when I hear a scream.

“DERYCK!!!”

That was so annoying I logged out. And today I tried to log back in and couuldn't remember my password so i had to go through the whole process of getting a new password emailed to me. And then having to reset my password. And login the whole process was really irritating
