Time to spent together we didn’t had. I still didn’t had the chance to ask Avril all the thing I wanted to know about Lucca. She got pregnant about a week before I got in jail. She only found out later but never had the chance to tell me since they didn’t aloud her. This hole situation sucked. Apparently Petra locked Avril out of the house because the time Avril had to spent with Lucca was over. It was still all a little confusing to me. But it turned out that Avril was only aloud to take care of Lucca when Petra was around. And that child care had decided that from now on Petra will take care of Lucca, because I got out of jail and might cause trouble. That’s why Avril went to me, because she also wasn’t aloud to live in the house.

Avril was calling with her lawyer, about what will happen next.

‘’okay, thanks.’’ And she hung up. I sat down next to her on the bed.

‘’And……?’’

But her eyes told me more then enough.

‘’We can bring it to court. Child serves what’s fully custody over Lucca, which means that he will grow up in Petra’s family. If they get what they want then we are only aloud to see him once a week, for only one hour, while one of child serves is with us.’’

She sighed and looked down. Again a tear run down her face. She was tired of crying all the time so before I could hug her she stood up and walked to the window.

‘’We bring it to court, it’s our child. No one has the right to take a child away from the mother and father. Even while I don’t know him. He is my son, and I will do all it takes to get him back.’’

Between the tears a smile came on her face.

‘’Then this is the way it will be.’’ She said. I stood up and kissed her.

‘’This is the way it will be.’’ I said before she took her phone again she hugged me. She held me strong and give me a kiss in my neck.

‘’It’s an amazing kid, and yes he loves football. He doesn’t know you’re his father. But he told me he liked you. One day we will be a family. A normal family like we had always dreamed off. And this time there is nothing that can stop us to make this dream come true.’’
