one day there had to come an end on these cute updates


In the corner of my eye I could see Avril. All thought she just sat less then one feet away from me I was to tense to turn my head and face her. This was killing me. The judge was about to do the verdict but it was taking a while since he was discussing something and writing things down. I could hardly sit still or even breath. It’s was treble, how could someone go through this, it’s not human. Before I could think longer about it the judge took all of our attention. I took Avril’s hand, which was all sweaty. She squeezed in mine and let out a huge breath. Then bend over to me. She tried to say something, but the words just didn’t came out. They just stayed stuck in her mouth. She swallowed and the tears came into her eyes. This was it, this was the moment we had been waiting for. I sighed and starred at the judge, who was ready to speak.

‘’There are many pretty words to say the next things, but I will keep it simple. When it comes to choosing for a child. It’s always hard. Basically you are choosing how the rest of the child’s live is looking like. What is better, giving him a live with the people from child care. Knowing that he will have a save live, with a warm family and other kids to play with. Or bringing him back to him own parents, while keeping in mind that things that happened in the past can be repeated.’’

Avril’s hand was tight in mine, while we both were to scarred to face each other. The judge was right, I mean if I was him I would place Lucca with Petra.

‘’But what is more value. The love between parent or child? Or the safeness of the child. Live changes, people change. Big changes like a child, can have big impact on the behaviour of the parents. I think in this case, it didn’t change the parents. The parents were changed all ready. They have learnt from there mistakes, learnt from missing what they loved most. They know the difference between wrong and right. The fact that they did everything to bring this to court, did everything to get there child back, is the prove of them being good parents. It is not fair to take away the love between parents and there child. And specially not when there is no need to. When it comes to children, people shouldn’t look at what’s best for them, or what’s best for the parents, sadly in this case, like many others, people tempt to forget that. We all know that, overall children belong to there parents. They belong to the people that can give them all love, safety that they need. There is no such thing as ‘Perfect family’. Of course things don’t always go the way it should be, or as we had hopped. But that’s why we are human, we make mistakes and then try to fix them. I believe this case was a mistake from Child care. They supposed to take care of children from of the back ground and not love them the way the parent should do. Sometimes children cry, laugh, play, run around without any reason these moments all they need is a mother and father. To cry, laugh, play, run around with only one reason, because they love him.

And that’s why I give the fully custody from Lucca Whibley Lavigne to Deryck whibley and Avril Lavigne.’’
