Finally Avril came back. It felt like she had been gone forever, while it was only two hours.

‘’How did it went with Lucca?’’

‘’Not so good, but he is sleeping now.’’

I kissed her and took her bags from her and brought them to the kitchen, packed them out while Avril gave us a glass of wine. We were done at the same time and I followed her outside. When we sat down I looked at her and noticed there was something different about her. Maybe her hair? Eyes? New make-up? I had no idea, but there was something not the same as it was this morning.

‘’Were are you looking at?’’ She said play full.

‘’you.’’ She giggled and took her glass.

‘’There is something different about you and I can’t figure out what it is.’’

‘’Nothing.’’ She said with a smile.

‘’Come on just tell me. It’s not your hair at least.’’ She laughed while putting her hand in her funky hair which hadn’t been done for like two days.

‘’Okay I went to the doctor today.’’

‘’Why?’’

‘’Lately I feel great, well I feel great for like months now. Of course I had my ups and downs, but on a normal base. So I did this test to see if I was still depressed.’’

‘’And?’’ All thought I didn’t thought I had to ask that since it showed off from her face.

‘’Well, there is no reason for me to be moody more then once a month.’’ She giggled and put her glass back down. I jumped off my chair and laid next to her on the grass, while I pulled her from her chair and laid her down on my chest.

‘’That’s really great.’’

‘’I know, now let’s hope everything goes well with Lucca. So we can finally plan our wedding.’’

I sighed and stroke her through her hair. But when I turned my head to the house, the smile got hit off my face. After blinking twice I was pretty sure about who was standing less then hundred meter away from us. Avril was still talking to me, but I had no idea what she was saying. Like a statue he stood there, with his cold eyes looking straight at me. I tried to swallow, tried to breath, but everything around me stopped. Meanwhile I thought about Lucca, who was hopefully still sleeping upstairs and about Avril who was laying peaceful on my chest. There couldn’t be a worse timing then this.
