Yeah....any similarities between myself, and this "Angela" are purely coincidental....*wink*
But anywho...I'm continuing with this story...even though no one is reading it. I'm bored.
*2 Days Later*
Angela could no longer stand the ticking of the clock. Either it was just her imagination, or it was actually getting louder, each hour on the hour. She made up her mind, and decided it was obvious she wouldn't be getting any sleep tonight. So she strolled over to a dust covered shelf, and pulled out an old record. After placing it on the turntable, she sat down on the floor, and let her mind drift. She began to think, and soon found herself thinking, of the first time she had ever seen the girl, that had rapidly become the subject of all her thoughts. A wrong button hit on the television, brought forth feeling that were, before then, completely unbeknownst to Angela.
This girl, only 7 days older than her, herself, was the most beautiful girl, she had ever seen. She listened to her sing, and listened to her talk...all the while falling more and more in love, but at the same time, she became more, and more resentful. There was an imense feeling of jealously, that Angela could actually feel in her heart. This girl, was everything she wanted to be, and more. Absolutely perfect.
These feelings never went away. These feeling dwelled inside of Angela for days, months, then soon enough, years. So...one day, Angela decided to do something about it.
Arriving in L.A was somewhat similar to arriving on another planet. She looked so out of place, and felt that everyone walking by, was staring directly at her. But that didn't matter. She was on a mission, and nothing was going to get in her way. She had previously found directions to, and the location of her
idol's house.
So she sent her a letter. No harm in that. She used an alias, of course.... Said she was an old friend, Julie, from school. Had some exciting news to tell her. She said that they should meet at
The Mill, a low key bar, not too far from where Avril lived. They could have some drinks, and reminisce.
How simple it was.
Sooo, Angela showed up, and of course, Julie did not.
And she watched.....the love of her life, walk in, look around, and take a seat, on the other side of the room.
She watched, as Avril became slightly annoyed, which, of course, soon turned to a look of concern, then finally to anger, mixed with a little hint of sadness.
It's amazing how sometimes a stranger can make the greatest therapist.
So they talked, Angela and Avril...shared a few drinks. It was truly wonderful. Avril genuinely seemed to enjoy her company. Soon, one thing led to another, and the twosome, eventually made their way to the Beverly Hills motel...room 23. O'yeah.
Angela slowly opened her eyes, and reached for the clock...
4:00 am.
She yawned, and looked around, the cold, dirty room.
Her record was skipping, and her phone was blinking, letting her know she had a message.
Angela grabbed the phone, and smiled to herself, as she read what the text said.....
"You, me, room 23. See you in an hour."
"Perfect."
Booya!
This story is seriously going to get better...I promise. I just had to "establish" my characters. Aaaaaaaand....Comments make my heart smile, be them good or bad....
so lets see em!!!!!
