hahaha here's an update..... Sinead, you're the lucky reader lol everyone else is offline..

“Hello?” I asked the unknown caller.
“Hope, this is Amy. Is Katie with you?”
I let out a breath of air. Both of them missing was more than a coincidence.
“No, but Damien is missing as well. I have an odd feeling they’re together.”
Avril and Amy both sighed at the same time.
“Do you know where they might have gone?” She asked me.
I thought for a minute. Trying to think of places they liked to go. Avril seemed to realize what I was thinking.
“They both liked when we went to Golden Gate Park.”
That was true. We had gone there a few days ago to have a picnic. We also walked around. Damien didn’t want to leave the kids playground part. We told him we’d come back sometime, and camp out as well.
“That has to be where they are, or at least where they’re headed.”
Amy heard me say this, but hadn’t heard Avril say where.
“Where are they?” She asked me.
“At, or headed to Golden Gate Park. I’ll go out there and see if I can find them.”
Avril nodded in agreement. “Call if you find them. Keep your eyes open for them on the way there.”
I got off the phone with Amy. I then walked the two blocks from Avril’s house back to mine. I got in the car and drove the same way to Golden Gate Park that we drove when we took the kids. I got to the park with still no sign of them. Golden Gate Park was huge. Where should I start?
So many things were going through my mind. Anything could have happened to them. Sure, they had most likely left together, but what if someone snatched them on their way to the Park? What if they had gotten to the park, and run into some pedophile? Any number of things could have happened. Then again, they could be perfectly safe. God, I hoped so.

yeah it would be very cute, but you all know how my mind works...... But what did it come up with this time? Surely not something too bad? Ah, I'd never hurt those kids, but then what did I come up with??????? Hahaha all I'll say is that there is a part where I make Hope seem like a dumb blonde I feel sorry for the asshole though!

I had been walking around while I was thinking. Eyes peeled, flashlight in hand, but still no sign of either of them.
I had been walking around for over an hour. It was light enough now that I didn’t need the flashlight anymore. I was about ready to turn back and look again, when something caught my eye.
Damien was wearing a bright red shirt. Thank God. I was walking toward them, just about to yell at them, when I heard voices. The voices didn’t belong to the kids. I stopped dead, listening.
“What do you want to do with them, CJ?” The first man asked.
“Why do I always have to come up with the plans?” CJ asked back.
“Cause, you know I’m not very smart, CJ.”
“I know that fine you idiot! You could at least help come up with something!”
Great, just what I need!
“I guess we could take them. Their parents would pay a pretty penny to get them back.” CJ said, thinking out loud.
“We don’t even know who their parents are, or if they are looking for them.” The man I was now referring to as Idiot said.
I started tip-toeing closer to where they were standing. CJ and Idiot had their backs to the kids. I had both a switch blade on me and a nine millimeter gun. I didn’t know I was going to need it, but I had thought better safe than sorry. Chris had bought the gun for protection, in case something happened to me again and he had to go kill some bad guys. At least that’s how he phrased it to the kids. It was always in the safe, unless it was needed. I had grabbed it right before leaving the house that morning.
I got closer to the kids, their arms were bound together in front of them, and they were gagged. I got to them without the men noticing. I put my finger over my lips, indicating them to be quiet. I then cut the ropes off of both of them. Just then CJ turned around.
“Hey, what the fuck do you think you’re doing?”
“Well, it looks kinda like I’m taking these kids. What do you think you’re doing?”
He didn’t look to happy, and he was coming towards us. He stepped into my comfort zone, and as soon as he did, I pulled the gun on him.
“Ok kid, no need to use that little toy on us. It’s a water gun; you’re too young to have a real gun.”
I looked at the gun and then looked at him. “This is fake? I didn’t know that.” I said, acting like a dumb blonde.
He laughed and came closer. “Now, if you’ll excuse us, we’re gonna take our kids now.”
Now it was my turn to laugh. “These are your kids, how about you step away from my nephew and his little friend before I shoot you.”
“Honey, didn’t we already go through this? You have a fake gun.”
I shot him in the foot with my fake gun. “It doesn’t look so fake to me... Now, I’m going to take these kids, and you’re not gonna try and stop me. Next time I’m shooting a little higher.”
They both backed up, CJ was limping and cursing under his breath. “Ok, just don’t shoot us again!”
