“This week has been mental, what with us getting back together and all; let’s get away for a bit.” Chris and Faye rushed to the airport; hardly separating their bodies as they travelled the long journey. With no knowledge of where they were heading, the in-love couple jumped on a flight to a City which neither of them had ever ventured to before. They arrived at a time when the sky appeared at its darkest, with no stars insight, the street full of a million light bulbs, thousands of different noises all entering their ears at once, from a thousand different directions. The husband and wife, now acting as if they’d only just got together, found a hotel to stay the night. They woke up the next morning forgetting where they were, drawing back the curtains Chris sees one of the most famous skylines, recognised all over the globe.

The Empire State building standing strong, but without its two famous siblings, the skyline lies empty. I stand looking over the city as the citizens of New York City begin to start their hectic days, the sun rises through the sky scrapers. I think about the thousands of people that I could be staring at, and take it all in. Tons of people, working, sleeping… fucking, probably. I thought to myself about the love which I felt for Faye, and also my children; who now have lives of their own. Sierra and Abigail were now 19, and Dana was 17. They were all living together now in an apartment in Calgary. They decided to move out when Faye and I had split up only about a year back, they couldn’t stand the arguments anymore.

FLASHBACK
Chris and Faye were now in a place they’d been to a few too many times, Faye would use hurtful words against him, “Don’t waste your time on me.” She began to believe that Chris had stopped loving her, he hadn’t. There were many complications, but one thing that remained true throughout their break-up is that they never stopped loving each other.

You're totally gunna LOOOVVVE what Chris and Faye were argueing about Even though I haven't written it yet, I have some ideas :P Ohh it's gunna be soo awesome. But don't be expecting an actual arguement I can't be assed to write it :P Lol.
