You need to install program called Unlocker 1.8.5.

then:
1. Clear your Temporary files first
2. Open page with movie
3. Open movie and wait until the movie finishes
4. Find catalog C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Local Settings\Temp and open it
5. Then find file -for example "flaA.tmp.", "fla2.tmp" etc.
6. Right Mouse Button on it and select Unlocker
7. In new window select "COPY" and save file
8. Change name file flaA.tmp to flaA.flv and open it with flv player

I don't have a folder called Local Settings anywhere on my computer.
