I agree. Also some people aren't as verbal when it comes to truely expressing what they mean and the surveys give them the oppertunity to be annonymous and reach out to the whole staff instead of just one person. And we rarely get surveys concerning the progress of this site so I think if the management decides to send one out once in a while it is perfectly fine. There are hundreds of members on this site and if just a couple would give their perspective on how they think the forum is I think it is good. Not many forums even bother to ask their members so I consider us lucky.

They have to be professional when it comes to work, why? Because Bandaids is a big site (#1 Avril Fan Site) and if someone didn't take it serious once in a while we wouldn't be where we are right noe.

Yep, we're discussing you guys' ideas and trying to figure out a good gameplan. Don't worry, there was nothing bad and we're not really worried of who said what or whatever. It's really refreshing to know what you guys really think and we're really putting this into consideration.

You guys will slowly, but surely, start seeing some changes around the forums, and most of them will be your ideas and suggestions coming to life. Once again, thanks guys!
