Feedback Survey -- PLEASE FILL OUT!
Hey Bandaiders!
The Avril Bandaids staff want to know what you guys think of the site and forum as it is right now. We want to have some feedback on how we're doing and what we can focus on, and what you guys want changed. Bandaids is here for you guys, and it would be really unfair if it was only what we want and we didn't consider what you guys want. Now, the following is a survey you guys can fill out. You can choose to receive a complimentary 1000 BandaidsBux for filling this out, as a small thank-you for taking the time to do this. Please be honest when doing this survey. Fill it out with whatever is in your mind. In order for us to be better, we want to hear the truth. And it's ok, we can handle the truth, we're big kids now.  Since they can be as personal as you want them to be, these need to be PMED TO ME, AND NOT POSTED. If it is posted, it will simply be deleted, because we don't want copy-cats. Also, because they will be seen by the whole staff, you have the choice to have them confidential (and you have my word that only you and I will know whose PM it was). Username: Your first name: How long have you been on Bandaids? What has made you stick around? Is there anything you dislike about Bandaids? If so, what is it? If you had the power of a mod or an admin for one day, what would you change? What bugs you about how the forum is managed, or how the bad members are dealt with by the staff (if it applies)? What would be an ideal consequence procedure that will be fair in your eyes? (For example, a 1st offense from a member would be a verbal warning, 2nd offense would be a negative rep or an infraction, depending on the kind of offense, the 3rd... etc): What rules need to be changed? Or what rules should be put to affect? Why do you think non-Avril fans are so attracted to Bandaids? If you could change anything on Bandaids physically, like the banner or the layout, what would it be? Is there anything else you would like the staff to know? Feel free to pour your heart about any problem on the forum, even if it's one of us. (non-related questions) Would you like this survey to be confidential? Would you like to receive your 1000 BandaidsBux? That should be it. Remember to PM me with it and NOT post it here, then you should be receiving your BandaidsBux shortly. And also, you don't have to be the oldest member ever to fill this out -- we want to know your opinion as a lurker or as a new member to our forum! Really, anything helps! THANK YOU!
