New Moon School Shoot from Student Perspective

 Ashley Chow, a student at David Thompson secondary in Vancouver, has less than kind words to say about the fact that New Moon filmed at her school– It seemed pretty cool at first, but when you mix in the hottest celebrities with a horrible film crew, the school turns into chaos. Closing the cafeteria for two days, taking over the foyer and forcing students to make detours and stop dead in our tracks during our break and lunch because they were filming a big-shot movie was not cool.
If they had wanted us to be quiet, perhaps they should’ve thought that through before taking over our school for two days. The crew acting like our school was theirs didn’t help either.

The New Moon cast was out in full force last night–one group at the 100 Monkeys Show at the Rio, and another at the Dills show at Metropole. A lucky fan got a snapshot with Robert Pattinson and Rachelle LeFevre at Rio, Taylor Lautner was serenaded onstage at Metropole as he lounged back in some plaid sneakers .

ecently, we caught up with the sweet-smiling superstar her eagerness to watch “Half-Blood Prince,” and whether she’d ever bare all for a role a la Daniel Radcliffe. And naturally, we had to ask the star of this generation’s first book-to-film teen blockbuster series what she thought about the “Twilight” phenomenon. “I don’t know much [about it],” she admitted. “I haven’t seen the film.”
Nevertheless, Watson said she was thrilled to see her hunky “Goblet of Fire” and “Order of the Phoenix” co-star graduate to become one of Hollywood’s most promising young leading men since, well, Daniel Radcliffe. “Obviously, I know Rob,” she explained. “I’m just gob-smacked by the level of excitement and hype around ‘Twilight.’ I’m very happy for Rob that it’s been so successful.”

This morning at Vancouver airport – Nikki Reid with her friend Sage and all her gear heading
out after wrapping on New Moon and enjoying a final party weekend. I like her in glasses.
Am told she seemed sad to leave. Sad to leave Kristen Stewart, sad to leave Taylor Lautner, sad
to leave … Robert Pattinson? Nah. Why pine over a boy with benefits? Still, there is a story
there. More on that tomorrow.
For now this observation: these kids travel light. She’s been in town two weeks, and that’s all
she has with her? My friend Duana – running a marathon would be easier than this.

* Nikki Reed’s LAX Arrival
Taking a break from work duties up north in Canada, Nikki Reed was spotted arriving
into LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Monday (April 20).
The “Twilight” actress has been staying in Vancouver as she and her co-stars film their
upcoming sequel, “New Moon”.
As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Miss Reed spent the previous two nights checking
out her gal pal’s band, Sage and The Dills.
She was joined by co-star gal pal Kristen Stewart for both of the late night club
outings, with Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner each taking in one show.

Leading ladies Kristen Stewart and Nikki Reed were both out for another round of music,

the previous evening.
As previously reported by Gossip Girls, the “New Moon” stars are currently staying up in
Canada as they film their much-awaited “Twilight” sequel.
And while it seems that they’re cutting it close, the vampire flick is scheduled to be
ready for theaters on November 20, 2009.

If you live in Vancouver and you're looking to spot the cast of Twilight, your best bet would
be at a concert venue. The cast has been spotted at all kinds of concerts recently (also supporting
Jackson Rathbone and his band). Last night Taylor Lautner and Nikki Reed, with Kristen
Stewart went to take in a Sage & The Dills show.
And in case you're wondering...no, Nikki was not performing. She's friends with the lead
singer so she carried her guitar out for her.
Fans who have ran into New Moon actors have all said that the actors are nice and happy
to sign autographs and take pictures...so if you see them, don't be shy!

Well, well, well; what have we here, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart?
The young Twilight stars—currently filming the sequel New Moon up north—hit up the
Metropole in Vancouver on Saturday night with castmate Nikki Reed to check out their
pal "Sage" Dill's band, Sage & the Dills.
But as the night drew to a close, Reed seems to have disappeared into the ether.
Photogs caught Pattinson and Stewart returning to their hotel via cab after the gig. Sans
their castmate.
Nice to know that Pattinson and Stewart are responsible enough not to drive after a
night of clubbing, but the bigger question is: Do these photos give credence to the
rumors that RPattz and Stewart are more than just co-stars? Or did they decide to
ditch Reed for other reasons?
