How can i become Member of the week?

- Member of the week is chosen basically by your activity around the forums. We look for dedicated, helpful and friendly members. Anyone can become member of the week, all you have to do is help out. For example: Bob helps a noob find a thread. Bob is nice towards members. Bob posts something new. Bob becomes member of the week. (You don't have to all those things - those are just 3 examples.)

What are the nominations for?

- Nominations are used to help us see who's been doing what. It helps us see what we may miss. If someone helps you with someone or your just generally impressed with his/her posts then you can nominate him so that we are aware of it and he/she will have a good chance at becomming MOTW. We don't forget about nominations. We continue to look back on them so if someone you've nominated hasn't been picked - Don't loose hope.

What are Referrers for?

- Refering someone to bandaids is a VERY good thing. Whenever you refer someone to bandaids you'll get a lot of credit. Go HERE to post about a member you have referred or for them to tell us that you've referred him/her.

Who runs Member of the week?

- Corrine (Vintage Dispositon) and I (smappy). Ju (Twisted Revolution) makes the member of the week blends and Kathleen (Cheapthrills) was a huge help to me on getting this thing started up. The other mods as well, help us out.

What happens when i become Member of the week?

- You'll receive a blend and your user title will be changed to "Member of the week" for a week. It will be posted on the main page and into the archieves section. Plus the best part - The satisfaction of knowing that your doing your part to help bandaids be what it is

Do i have to be nominated to become Member of the week?

- Nope. Nominations are something for us to go by, but it's not completely judged on that.

Do i have to be Avril's number one fan to become Member of the week?

- Nope. You definatly do not have to agree with everything she does or even like her, but you should be respectful about it. For example "Man i hate Avril now. Why's she so stupid and dressing like a whore?" won't get you anywhere where as "Man, I don't get why Avril's changed so much. I'm just not feeling her anymore" would.

Do i have to have a certain amount of posts?

- Definatly not. Anyone can become member of the week. It could be your first week on bandaids and you can still be picked.

What if i don't think someone deserves to become Member of the week? Does my opinion count?

- If you have any problems with the Member of the week and/or questions on how she/he has become one, PM me or Corrine (Smappy & Vintage Disposition). Do NOT bash anyone - simply state the problem and we'll do what we can. Saying "oh Bob shouldn't be Member of the week because he thinks that Avril shouldn't be dancing and i should" will get you nowhere.

Can i be member of the week more than once?

- Yes.
