but ok, more than that, I think the police tracked down her real brother and arested him instead, and at the end they let him out and he and Lucas go to Peyton's house to save her...
and Lucas keeps hugging Peyton
and at the end, Nathan comes home and tells Hayley that he knows know that he survived the accident for the three of them, so he's happy about the baby
