I loved the episode too!!
Cristina at derm was incredible! I loved how they put a dermatology sign on the trailor, that was soo clever!
That kid was so funny, after seeing the brain surgery with the guys faced pulled down, he wanted to go back to watch that surgery rather than the other one
Alex is being is immature
And George...well I'm glad he past his intern exam, but he was soooooo mean to Lexie. What he did was awful

Whhhoooo!! Mer and Der are still together!! (I'm so scared that they will break up, because the show is too perfect with them together)

I don't think he's intentionally being mean. He doesn't know that she has feelings with him and in his mind, the obvious people to celebrate with must've been his first friends at Seattle Grace. Plus, he did tell her he was going and she didn't exactly yell "I'll just wait here and then we'll go celebrate."

How can you hate George right now if he was 100% sweet to the cancer patient kid all episode. And he was HILARIOUS when he was dragging the girls back to surgery.

you're right. He shouldn't have just left her waiting, but it does make more sense to tell mer, christina and izze

And he was super nice to the kid (He had heart failure, not cancer)

And getting the girls out of derm was funny!!

I know he has his cute and funny moments... but the times he is whiny and annoying wins.
I don't know... after middle season 2 I started hating him.
