Okay, this movie came out the year I was born (1992), and wasn't that huge... honestly, it was a flop. Anyway, no one will probably remember this movie, but I absolutely have loved it for years. And I'm pretty sure any Christian Bale fan would know about it (though I'm not much of a fan, I do think he's talented). I could seriously ramble about this film for ages, but yeah... just wondering if anyone here has even seen it.

What's it about?

[fear the bomb]

It's about the newsie (a child who sold newspapers, sometimes an orphan, sometimes a kid trying to support their family) strike back in 1899 against Pulitzer, who, for selfish reasons, rose the price 1/10 of a cent higher per paper (which may not seem like a lot, but it really was to these kids). So, the newsies decided that they would strike against Pulitzer and Hearst. It's like, one of the biggest children's crusades or something. It's a musical, though, and contains great singers and dancers as well as actors. It doesn't sound that great, but, trust me, it's a great movie.
