I love disaster movies and post-apocalyptic/apocalypse-style ones. Pretty much any that has bad stuff happen to the world or a group of people. Ones like Titanic, The Day After Tomorrow and Cloverfield. They have to be pretty though. I have a thing for really awesome special effects. A movie could have a mediocre story, but if it's got stunning effects, it's won me over.

I also really like action, suspense, thriller, horror and some drama.
