The Love Has Gone
Day 41, 10:27
Ziggy opens his heart to Big Brother...
The love affair is over. You didn't see that coming, did you? What with the past week of rows and strops and extra-marital flirting, it was like an episode of Dallas. But in Borehamwood.
But now Ziggy has broken up with Chanelle, making him available to crack on to Charley (you know he wants to) or that new Aussie sheila, 'Pauline'. Let's hear what he has to say. Because thanks to a Diary Room chat this morning, in true, gossip-mag style, Big Brother got the interview they ALL wanted...
"We had fun for the first five weeks but it started to roll down hill," he explained, fresh out of bed. "I think in a few days she'll see it was for the best. I think she feels ok. I'm not very good at this kind of thing. She's a gorgeous girl, she'll have no problem. I think she'll be thankful we stopped it."
But what about 'Pauline', Zig?
"It's a bit awkward. We had someone new coming and people are immediately going to say 'oh it's the day someone else came'. But it's not like that. There's no good day for things to end." Ok Ziggy.
And your odd reaction after Friday's eviction?
"She said I made out that I cared that she stayed on Friday. But I'm really happy that she stayed as I believe we can still be good friends." Ah, that old chestnut.
So, why the break up?
"It got all that bit too serious. We were arguing, not like a married couple, but like a couple who didn't appreciate each other. The novelty wears off when you see each other every day. A lot of other people were seeing it."
"And does Chanelle feel the same way?" asked Big Brother, concerned.
"I'm not gonna say a bad word about her as I don't really have one. She's a needy girl and I'm not at a stage to be with someone like that. But for one bad point there were 20-30 good points. But in here one bad point outweighs the good."
They won't of done the nominations yet?
