A Clockwork Orange
This pretty much my favorite movie EVER. Period. I know alot of people think it was really disturbing, but I though it was kind of humorous in a way...Or is that my sick sense of humor? Anyway, discuss.

Could be
I find the film works in parts and not others...it seems very dated.
Never did understand why it was banned in the UK...tho think it was ment to be something to do with Kubrick himself.
Stanley Kubrick filmwise I always reckon Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb is his best.

Where the Sidewalk Ends
by Shel Silverstein
There is a place where the sidewalk ends
And before the street begins,
And there the grass grows soft and white,
And there the sun burns crimson bright,
And there the moon-bird rests from his flight
To cool in the peppermint wind.
Let us leave this place where the smoke blows black
And the dark street winds and bends.
Past the pits where the asphalt flowers grow
We shall walk with a walk that is measured and slow,
And watch where the chalk-white arrows go
To the place where the sidewalk ends.
Yes we'll walk with a walk that is measured and slow,
And we'll go where the chalk-white arrows go,
For the children, they mark, and the children, they know
The place where the sidewalk ends.

Hahahaha. I wish I could explain...It's pretty out there though...
Uh well. It was written in 1963 or something like that, and it's about the future. And well...I'm not good at explaining things though...So from IMDB:
In a futuristic Britain, a gang of teenagers go on the rampage every night, beating and raping helpless victims. After one of the boys quells an uprising in the gang, they knock him out and leave him for the police to find. He agrees to try "aversion therapy" to shorten his jail sentence. When he is eventually let out, he hates violence, but the rest of his gang members are still after him
