i'm not a big TV fan at all, but this is history.
I can't believe there wasn't a thread for it.
My brother lent me his DVDs and I fucking love it. It's just awesome awesome awesome.

I'm even going to Normand y with my brother on june 6th. It's going to be AMAZING. We'll meet the veterans n stuff

Oh i love it, i was obsessed when it was first on TV, I have it on DVD and still watch it from time to time, my grandad fought in similar places and he said it was so realistic he couldn't watch it

I love anything to do with history or the World Wars, it fascinates me too much

haha i'm a fucking idiot...
After the first episode on every disc, , I changed teh disc forgetting that there was a second episode...I only watched half of it all.Now I have to start all over again.

An amazing program and good luck in Normandy, its a breath taking place... i went there and Flaunders fields as part of a battlefields trip... you'll love it if you loved the show!

Have you seen war films such as Saving Private Ryan, We Were Soldier etc, many also very realistic and interesting!
