I hate the color I have now. My hair is like a sponge and it soaks color so well that it turned almost a black with red tints...

how exactly do you go about stripping the color? because a last year or so I dyed my hair black...and I want to get rid of it and go back to my natual color brown. I heard it damages your hair...bleaching it...so I was going to take the slow route and get bunch of highlights...but I eventually got tired of them so I dyed my hair brown...but the black is still there in pieces...and its not to recognizable but I still jus want it all one color.

yea.. there's a white box in the hair color sections at most local supermarkets like walmart or target. but it's made by Loreal and it works really well. if you have long hair you might need 2 or 3. or short hair just one box. but once you use the product you can immediatly color your hair without and damage. i would look into it.. my hair was charcoal black and i had to leave it on for an hour it turned my hair a strawberry blonde and then i put a deep red color on and it eventually fades to my natual color.

Awesome...thank you so much!! Thank God...because just about every color works for me besides Blond. I wouldn't even be caught dead with that color...just because is so wrong for me. haha but Ya I definitely will do look into that...I am really missing my normal hair color...lol its been a while since the last time I saw it. lmao thanks again!
