Celtic will learn on Friday where the away leg of their Champions League tie against AC Milan will be held. Italian football will resume at the weekend, following a suspension due to the death of a policeman during violent fan clashes in Sicily.
But Milan's home games will be played behind closed doors because the San Siro does not meet new safety measures.
Uefa has arranged to meet officials of the Italian club to discuss the staging of the 7 March fixture.
FA sources are claiming that the press pack misheard Steve McClaren following England's dismal defeat to Spain. His description of the Euro 2008 qualifier against Israel as a "rainbow game" prompted several newspapers to mock up pictures of McClaren as Bungle from 80s TV show Rainbow. The FA says McClaren actually called it a "real ball game". (Daily Mirror)
