lol yeh, Ron was well funny then Ron and Hermione's makeout session at the end was hilarious too

^the epilogue was just to sickly sweet for me. Hermione and Ron had a cute name for their kid, 'Rose'. Harry's names were alright.

The whole veil thing is the thing that gets me...I mean wtf lol?! Seems unusally strange, even for Harry Potter, I never really understood it, or why it was really there tbh.

Yeh ... that to me suggests it's the same or similar curse she used on Sirius ... because of the way she described it then. She gave it no name or specific look (colour etc) or what it actually did except killing them ... and they were both hit in the chest ... almsot like an echo to me lol

Yeh, I mean, that's what you automatically think of - I did lol but well she ALWAYS describes it ya'know? Flash of Green and no more ... well I suppose there must be plenty of potentially deadly curses ... after all they're both directly hit in the chest/over heart.

The veil baffled me well and good lol but I dunno ... the only facts we can get from it is that it's in the department of mysteries (which in itself is bizzare) and that Luna and Harry could hear voices and whispers from it and the others couldn't which natuarally suggests death? Also, notice how Harry almost touches it before all this ... he's drawn to it, tries to hear what's being sad. The others get him away 'cause they have a bad feeling about it really. Doesn't explain a great deal as to what it is but I think it's something to do with death ... ? Any other thoughts?

I think it's like the passage between the living and the dead...Sirius didn't leave a body because he fell directly into it...Luna and Harry can hear voices because people they loved dearly are on the other side...it's like an instentanious death and passage toward it...
