Oh my! That's really scary!
I'm hoping your brother finally owns up to what he's done. I know it will be hard for him. What I'd do is give him a real good look in the eye, showing him how much pain he's caused you, like a piercing look. If he loves you as a sister (which hopefully he does), he might break. I really hope - if he lies - they'll be able to tell. And I hope you'll be able to prove to them that what you're saying is the truth. I wish I was there to help you right now. God i'm on the brink of tears freaking out over this but I can't cry cause I'm at my Grandma's house and even though I'm the only one here there is the possibility that they will get home soon and want to know why I'm crying and I can't tell them this..... If he gets away with lying I'm screwed cause no one will believe me.... And Deb made me go more into detail today and I HATE doing that.... Trying to remember every single detail when I've worked so long to forget it all

Oh wowww. Well polygraph tests aren't always accurate, and that is both an advantage and a disadvantage...
I am out of advice on what you should do about this  I can't even imagine being in that situation...But just know we are all here for you, as little comfort as that may seem right now.
