Ok, here's my secret: I miss the place where I grew up. I miss the people. I mean, it's not that I miss being a kid, so much, but I just miss WHERE I grew up. I miss the river, and throwing leaves in with my mom. I miss walking through the park. I miss the swing sets, and playground. I miss my house. I miss my neighbors. I miss the way the people weren't perfect, but they didn't have to be. I miss walking to the end of the city line, and feeling so good about it. I miss the trails. I miss how friendly people were. I miss how ok things were. I've lived here for 4 and 1/2 years now, and I'm just realizing it's not home. I want to go back. I want to go back to laughing with Erin in her driveway. I want to go back to a long driveway, and beat up garage. I want to go back to living by a park, and not being allowed to walk on certain streets because, well, it was dangerous.
I hate it here. I hate how boring it is, and how stuck-up the people are. I hate the fact that I'm alone here, and there I was NEVER alone. This place isn't home. These people... I don't like them. I hate it. I hate all of it. For the first time in 4 years, I just want to go home. I know what that is, now, and I miss it.
... Sorry. Had to get that out. I'm PMSing.

Yup. Should be fun.

Sounds like something I would do haha without the tears!

I can talk to people I *like* just fine about normal things, but when it comes to relationship talk, or asking someone out on a date, that's a different story. It's not that easy. lol
I think it's probably because I hate public humiliation... imagine if they said no.

I'm exactly the same, i can talk to the guys i "like" without no problems, striking a conversation is easy for me, especially when we have a lot of stuff in common, but for some reason when they ask me to a movie or out wherever i freak out, man...same thing goes for the whole asking someone out on a date, i could never do that...

At least you've BEEN asked to a movie.
I mean, like, he's really nice and sweet and talkitive with me, and he always teases me, and he even kind of sort like fell on top of me and it wasn't even awkward, but I've NEVER been asked out or something.
But, I mean, how do you know if they like you? Like, I think he may, but I don't know why he'd like me, and I literally have no fucking clue what the signs are, and I totally need advice. I'm like some annoying Korean dude trying to survive in a foreign country here. I have no clue what I'm looking for. I get that this is totally the wrong place to ask, since 99% of you have never gotten any action at all, but I'm kind of desperate. I mean, how do you tell if a guy likes you back?
Dude, I sound like one of those rapper girls who always say "guy" 12 billion times. Weirddd.

I hate people asking me out. I always feel like shit if I say no, and I'm always regretting saying yes if it don't work out. And I also hate asking a guy out because I'm pretty much always friends with them and if they say no its awkwarddddddddd ;p
Which is why I like just hooking up at random! If I don't like a guy I don't hang out around them but if I do like a guy a lot and if he likes me even a tiny bit, chances are we'll hook up at a party. If it works out, we keep dating. If it doesn't.. it was just a party.
