Oh my God I cant wait!!!!!! Anyone know where we can get the bus to Belfast? Do we just go to the bus station or what? I know the Aircoach goes up there and stops right at my hotel but that doesnt go from the bus station

get the bus from Busaras. thats where the belfast bus goes from.

Still no ticket - no one is answering at ticketmaster - concert tomorrow and I'm leaving first thing in the morning, long before the postman arrives...

The excitement of going is kinda killed off by the idea that I might not get in.

I checked the payment details and we bought the tickets at 19:47, on the 5th of December, thats before the general release date. 500 euro, 7 months in advance and at the moment people who bought tickets last week have a better chance at getting.

The geniuses at ticketmaster finally answered the phone. The tickets were sent and they haven't had any other complaints. Thats to say that I'm the only person in the country without the tickets they've paid for...

Because the people in charge of that section weren't in the office so I have to wait for them to get back to me...

Am contacting the Post office atm, just to see if they can be of any help.

Ok…saga continues…

Neither Ticketmaster or the Post office bothered to ring me back.

So I started ringing people again and it took longer than you’d think. When I finally got through to Ticketmaster all I got was “Oh they’ll be at the venue for you, at our ticket office”. Thanks for the customer service there. I asked when I should show up to get them he said 7 o’clock.

I rang the RDS and they said the gate opens at 6.30.

So according to ticketmaster I should show up a half hour late to collect tickets…

Now I’ve been going to concerts for about 18 years and this is the first time I’ve ever paid as much as this. We have been dealing with Ticketmaster for quite a while, so its not like we are first time customers. And I can honestly say I’ve never experienced such a b*lls up.


Essentially I won’t be able to get excited until I’m at the gate with the tickets in my hand. And there is a good chance I’ll be too p*ssed off to enjoy the moment…

Oh my, you had eventful moments to get your ticket.. A bit too much... i hope they'll give you some extra stuff or something for the inconviniance!

well on our letter we got with the ticket it said to be at the venue at half 6 and registration is no later than quarter to 7 so pick up your tickets before then.

and nah i wasnt affected by that thing, i got in just before it all started i think

Oh my god that is so sucky!! Maybe theyll arrive in the morning just in time Id suggest you keep ringing ticketmaster tomorrow aswell cause the people who you were on the phone to dont sound like they know whats going on! You should ring them in the morning again to confirm everything just to be on the safe side!
