Feedback Survey -- PLEASE FILL OUT!

Hey Bandaiders!

The Avril Bandaids staff want to know what you guys think of the site and forum as it is right now. We want to have some feedback on how we're doing and what we can focus on, and what you guys want changed. Bandaids is here for you guys, and it would be really unfair if it was only what we want and we didn't consider what you guys want.

Now, the following is a survey you guys can fill out. You can choose to receive a complimentary 1000 BandaidsBux for filling this out, as a small thank-you for taking the time to do this. Please be honest when doing this survey. Fill it out with whatever is in your mind. In order for us to be better, we want to hear the truth. And it's ok, we can handle the truth, we're big kids now.

Since they can be as personal as you want them to be, these need to be PMED TO ME, AND NOT POSTED. If it is posted, it will simply be deleted, because we don't want copy-cats. Also, because they will be seen by the whole staff, you have the choice to have them confidential (and you have my word that only you and I will know whose PM it was).

Is there anything you dislike about Bandaids? If so, what is it?

If you had the power of a mod or an admin for one day, what would you change?

What bugs you about how the forum is managed, or how the bad members are dealt with by the staff (if it applies)?

What would be an ideal consequence procedure that will be fair in your eyes? (For example, a 1st offense from a member would be a verbal warning, 2nd offense would be a negative rep or an infraction, depending on the kind of offense, the 3rd... etc):

The staff HAVE to act like this. We're running a site here, we have to act professional.

staff doesnt really act uber pro, more like friendly, but without the msn language they adapt to other peoples writing style to i think

Could you of not just filled the form out? Fucking hell!

It's better organised if it's done this way, if it was just a random thread it would be a mess and then it would turn into spam and the same thing would be repeated over and over and over, I don't really see how that helps

Oh, so now my opinion is "nonsical bullshit", and I need to get over myself? Come ON, give me a break. I'm allowed to have an opinion. It annoys me, how you guys try to act all proffessional all the time. It's the internet, for god's sake. You can act a bit more human you know. I think things like this make the gap between members and staff quite large, and therefore disrupt the site's unity. I'd like to know that I'm more than just a name on the survey, and that I can converse with the staff comfortably and maturely about things I dislike (AKA not being told to get over myself and that the things I say are nonsical bullshit). The last thread DID have suggestions, you guys just chose to jump to the defense because you disagreed with the points being made.

But, really, nice job. It's good to know the staff will always be there, able to happily accept the critism thrown at them without, um, overreacting. It wasn't meant to be mean, it was just a point I wanted to make. Now, let's all breathe and TRY to take what I have into consideration, ok?

Oh and, um, I'm actually quite busy outside of bandaids, and I'm organising plenty on non-interweb things, it's just hard to organise stuff on here because, well, I'm just a member. I did help out with the Invisible Children forum, though.

Let me just make this clear that I think you guys are doing a pretty good job, and I'm happy with how things are going, it's just that things like this really irritate me. I'm not one of those "zomg staff = horrible peoplez" people.
