i already emailed them but they dont respons "dass das Teil normal groß ausfällt!" does that mean that i should pick a smaller size then normal.. so for instance if i got M should i get S instead then??

To answer your question - if it says "normal groß" I'd say you should pick the same size you usually have! If you have M you should also order M in this case!

At least it is what I understand under "normal groß"!
