Her performance on the Today show was not THAT bad. Yeah it looked like she suffered from an anxiety attack but it wasn't that bad.

And the backing vocalists didn't add that much that to a point you weren't hearing Ashlee. Not at all.
And hey it was early in the morning. And it's been a loooooooooooong time since she last sung really live. Not counting those dumb club happenings.
I've heard her sing live before and she is not bad at all. Too bad she'll probably never live that SNL incident down.
Everyone breathing down her neck. She can't do anything right when it comes to performing.

I'm embarrassed to say this, but I'm really loving 'Murder' seriously.
It was the song I feared the most, from since the beginning. That LQ clip scared me and the lyrics... I was like HELL NAWW!

But I'm loving it. And the line I thought was beyond ridiculous is so catchy!

You know what's funny. Ashlee said that the song 'Never Dream Alone' is her favourit song off of the record.

Uhm, your goal was to have a "fun party record" and than your favourit song is the ONLY ballad on the album. Okay.......



I must say that 'Never Dream Alone' has finally won me over. It's so stripped. Emotional. She sounds really raw and convincing on it.
Also, great job co-producing the song Ashlee.
