Yeah, Ashlee is very very immature and so is Pete. She's got the mentality of a 14 year old . She shouldn't have even got married, and for her..this whole pregnancy thingy is for publicity, media attention.
At least Avril thinks better, because she's not ready to be a mother, at least she's waiting, she's being clever about that. Not saying she's mature or anything.

^ I think Avril has definately got an immature side to hre but Pete/Ashlee seem to have a relationship based on fun and whilst love + marriage should be fun they should also be more than that. Avril and Deryck have always seemed liek even though they have fun together liek theres more to the relationship than that. They're serious and in love.

Back when news of Ashlee Wentz's pregnancy first broke, the Simpson camp - being the media pros that they are - remained mum about the baby chatter.
Pete Wentz, on the other hand, went so far as to DENY that Ass was pregnant.
Now, he explains to MTV News why he was dishonest with his fans and the media.
Says the dad-to-be:
"Every woman, no matter who they are or what they do for a living, has the right to wait at least 3 months before sharing this very personal news," he wrote. "We wanted to wait until after the first trimester and get a clean bill of health from our doctors before confirming anything, just like any other couple.
Being a boy I have no idea how to respond to such things and my first instinct was to protect her and the baby.
It's insane that you can't let happy news brew in Hollywood. This wasn't about press or anything. It was about the health of the baby and trying to find a way to be happy with what should be the most happy time of our lives in the middle of a press blitz. I apologize to anyone who felt misinformed but the truth is, the person and growing baby is who I felt most loyal to protect and defend."

Do you guys really think you're in any position to judge either of them as parents as you are right now? You are getting your information and impression of both of them from tabloids. It is not going to be the most honest or positive perspective. There are some god awful parents in the world, and, despite what you think of either of them, I can say with a fair amount of confidence that Pete and Ashlee aren't going to become that. Oh yeah, I don't know them blah blah blah. Have you ever SEEN what some parents do to their kids? Do you REALLY think they're going to do that? Seriously... come on. I think you're all making some pretty ridiculous assumptions here and I think you all need to step back for a second and think about your source for this.
