* submitted by Stevo on Monday, December 4, 2006 Goons! Prepare yourself for another Studio Update. This morning we switched from Ocean Way Studios to another studio in the Valley. It’s is standard protocol to shift studios once you’ve finished drums. The idea is to placate me and my ego with a grandiose studio, then downsize to something a little more modest for bass and drums, ending finally with a shoebox for Deryck to record vocals. Things are moving along quite nicely. Cone is recording some B-Sides today while Deryck and I prepare for a rousing game of ‘Guitar Hero 2’ on Playstation. Winner takes the royalties for all past and future Sum 41 records PLUS the loser’s soul – but the jokes on Deryck, because I haven’t got any Royalties and I haven’t got a soul!
