Ok guys. I have a new project for the Sum 41 fans here. You guys are all amazing Sum 41 fans, you're all pretty well educated on Sum 41 (I'll take a bit of credit for that), you're all pretty good promoters, and you all bring positivity. But, as far as I can tell, none of you are active and/or registered at TheresNoSolution.com - Boards • Index page. I KNOW that right now the community there is shitastic. But that's because we've got all these amazing people and fans hiding in the dark. The morale there could not be worse and I think if we turn TNS around, it could be a lot of fun.

Operation TNS Boost
Objective: Bring down the assholes and jerks who are ruining the community at TheresNoSolution.com, make our Sum 41 positivity dominate, and build a good, strong community.

Step One: Increase the activity of the current sensible Sum 41 fans on TNS. They must fight back, handle situations with maturity, and not give up.

Step Two: Infiltrate Bandaids' best Sum 41 fans (you guys) to further improve the community. They must respond to topics, never give up, limit their "Avril fan" moments which unfortunately result in credibility loss on TNS (plus TNS isn't about Avril), and, with as much maturity as possible, give those bashers hell (Know your limits, troops. There is a difference between criticism and bashing.).

Step Three: Troops must promote the site and refer their friends who are fans of Sum 41.

Are you up to this operation, troops?

FYI, I am registered on TNS as djpsycho...you said I could be your noob but never added me. And I posted once...in the thread about Deryck and Avril onstage together. Act surprised.
Anyways, I'm not a huge Sum fan or anything, so I don't think TNS is really for me. Especially with that part about limiting my Avril fan moments. I AM an Avril fan moment. And not to be mean or anything but...I can't really imagine you limiting your Sum fan moments on here. It just doesn't seem doable, ya know?

Leila, I don't mean completely cut off all Avril fan moments. You're better at limiting them than you think. I can sometimes go a whole convo with you without her being brought up.

Ok, so we need to be a team. We need to surge and support each other and create interesting threads everywhere and make TNS awesome, because a lot of hard work goes into it and it deserves to have an awesoem community.

Hello everyone. Just wanted to update everyone on whats been going on with us. We finished our Underclass Hero Tour a few months ago and we have just been taking some time off and relaxing trying to get back into home life. Everyone is doing good. We want to thank all our fans for coming to the shows, buying Underclass Hero and supporting this band, you made the last 14 months a real good time for us. What are we doing now?

Well you can catch Steve on the Warped Tour from Aug. 6th-17th drumming for The Vandals, I (Cone) am going to start recording the next Operation MD album soon. Producer Jerry Finn Passes Away

Producer, engineer and mixer Jerry Finn was taken off life support on the weekend after suffering a massive brain hemorrhage last month, and has passed away at age 38.
Finn had very limited responses to medical tests after the July 10 hemorrhage, and his family decided to stop artificially prolonging his life at Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. This message was posted in a ProSoundWeb.com forum by friend Ross Hogworth on Saturday:
"with a heavy heart and no breath in my chest i want to let you know that we and the doctors have done everything possible for jerry. even though he did make snail like improvement these past 31 days he is not any better for words and has not had any consistency in the tests that the medical team have done for him. at his time the hemorrhage has done massive damage to his body which will leave him severely disabled and in need of acute care for the rest of his life. we know jerry wouldn't want to live like this in a vegetative state. the family has made the decision to speak jerrys wishes and with draw life support. i am truly devastated don't know what else to say. thank you all for your support through this terrible time. please keep jerry in your prayers! mike"
Finn's last project was producing Morrissey's Years Of Refusal, which has been pushed back to a February release.
Finn had an impressive resume that included the names Green Day, The Muffs, Goo Goo Dolls, Pennywise, Rancid, The Presidents Of The United States Of America, Smoking Popes, The Vandals, The Living End, Blink-182, Fenix*TX, Sum 41, Alkaline Trio, Bad Religion, MxPx, AFI, Eisley, The Offspring, +44 and Tiger Army, among many others.
