woah. Tom needs to leave koo-koo town..I saw him on MOD the other day..no one else in Angels and Airwaves talked lol..they were all quiet they answered something at times but it was all Tom. I agree. Seperately, Mark was usually funnier, but together, their banter was unstoppable.

Why exactly did they split - kind of missed it...I've assumed it was a lot to do with Tom wanting to do more of his own thing.

They never really gave a reason (probably becuase they're still not confirming the break-up). It's all just speculation.

I believe that it was mostly creative differences, though.

Tom confirmed it. He said something about Mark feeling betrayed about the whole Box Car Racer thing and how he and Tom never quite reconsiled but Travis and Mark did.

I don't really consider that confirmed, wasn't it in Kerrang! (infamous for missquotes and bullshit)? Also, it's just one side of the story. Mark and Travis could have something totally different to say.

I wouldn't be surprised if BCR had something to do with it. I think Mark pretended to be okay with it, but never really was.

Wasn't Travis also looking to tour a lot less too?..

I still think they changed on the last album - seeming to be a lot more Boxcar Racer like...I'm not saying thats a bad thing but was it possible that Tom had more and more control of that album than those previous?..
