On Sunday, clad in cut-off jeans and fug shoes, the mother of two and her new man, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib did a little shopping at Rite Aid.
They probably picked up a home pregnancy kit. Cuz you know that's what she's got planned!
The unlikely twosome also stopped by the Discount Shoe Warehouse in the Valley.

Britney and her photog boyfriend came to blows with the paparazzi this past weekend.
"I'm fucking over it!!!!," Spears yelled. "I'm fucking over it!!!! I'm fucking over it!!!!!" And then: "Get OUT of my FUCKING FACE!"
Her paparazzo boy toy, Adnan, elbows one photographer in the head 2 or 3 times before Britney tells him to stop.

Sources reveal to PerezHilton.com that Britney Spears was seen in her car, smoking a cigarette and leaving her house at around 12:35 P.M. Pacific.

She's done with lunch and she's back in the car.
Destination unknown.
It is possible that Spears will head back to court today or she could testify tomorrow, as the custody hearing and police testimony is expected to last a few days.
Brit reportedly went running from the courthouse because she just didn't want to testify, plus all the paparazzi spooked her.

Unfitney's Visitation Suspended "Indefinitely"!!!
The court ruled that there will be no change to Britne Spears' current visitation to her two children on Monday.
In other words, she gets NO visitation.
"This ruling is a result exclusively of what Commisioner Gordon heard and had before him at the end of the court day," a court officer said at a press conference Monday afternoon.
There is another court hearing scheduled for February 19th.
Until then, there is a possibility that Britney could see her kids if her lawyers ask for an emergency hearing before the 19th and a change is made to visitation at that time.
The court officer expressed displeasure with Spears' lack of communication with the sheriff's department.
"The word victory is not something that Mister Federline nor his counsel would ascribe to the result of the court ruling today," said K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan at the press conference.
He added, "There is no jouyoys feeling tin this this is grave situation for everyone. At some point, it is Mister Federline's hope to parent the minor children with particiation from the mother."
Five witnesses testified on Monday. They included two LAPD officers, parenting coach Lisa Hacker, court-appointed monitor Pamela Strong, who was present during Spears' meltdown this month, and Lonnie Jones, Brit Brit's former bodyguard.
Britney was not required to be at court on Monday. She showed up but left without entering the courtroom.
If she cared for her kids, she probably would have shown up and done what her lawyers advises!!!
Thankfully the court made the right decision on Monday.

A judge in Los Angeles has suspended Britney Spears' right to visit her sons after a court hearing which the singer turned up for - but did not go into.

But then, seeing the ranks of photographers facing her, she jumped back into the vehicle again and was driven away.
The court hearing, which was held behind closed doors, went ahead without her.
It ruled that her sons should be kept in the custody of Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Singer Britney Spears arrives at civil court in downtown Los Angeles for a child custody hearing. She got back into her car and left without going in.
She came, she saw, she bailed out.

So it was with Britney Spears' first scheduled court appearance since she was taken from her Studio City home and temporarily hospitalized at the direction of Los Angeles police.

Spears traveled today to the civil courthouse downtown, where Commissioner Scott M. Gordon was hearing testimony in the child custody battle for her two sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

But after circling the courthouse, Spears stopped, got out of her black sport utility vehicle and surveyed the crowd of cameras and reporters, then got back in and apparently headed home.

Federline, wearing a pinstriped suit and a Mohawk, sat through the morning testimony and returned for the afternoon session.

In the afternoon, court officials released a new order from Gordon that extended his ban on Spears' visiting with her two young sons until at least Feb. 19, when the matter is due to be heard in court again.

Court officials said six witnesses, including two officers called to Spears' home Jan. 3, testified today. They would not discuss specifics.

Security was abnormally tight for the hearing. Deputies set up a metal detector on the eighth floor of the downtown courthouse and required reporters to hand over their cellphones before going into the courtroom. But the hearing was immediately closed.

BRITNEY Spears has been told by a Los Angeles judge that her right to visit her two sons will remain suspended, following an account of the star's recent behaviour.
A court commissioner has ruled in favour of her ex-husband Kevin Federline granting him full custody of Sean and Jayden.

The strange saga of Spears' child-custody battle with her ex-husband Kevin Federline had earlier taken another bizarre turn when the star arrived late for a crucial hearing and then left in a swarm of paparazzi without going into court.

An SUV brought her into a downtown garage but only her lawyers got out before the vehicle left.

It later stopped outside the courthouse, where Spears got out of a passenger seat and took over
the driver's seat.

It was not clear in the crush of photographers whether she or a companion was at the wheel when it left.

Television footage showed Spears' vehicle driving away pursued by paparazzi before the troubled pop singer stopped by at a church for several minutes.

Federline, sporting a mohawk-style haircut, was present with his lawyer when the hearing began, without his ex-wife.

Spears' attendance at the hearing was not required but was considered by lawyers to be important if she is to regain the right to visit her two little sons.

"I'm hopeful," one of her lawyers, Sorrell Trope, said earlier during a break when asked if his client would appear.

Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon scheduled today's hearing at the same time he issued a January 4 order suspending Spears' monitored visits with son Jayden James, aged one, and Sean Preston, aged two, and giving full legal and physical custody to Federline, who previously had temporary custody.

Gordon issued that order the day after police were called to Spears' home when she refused to return the children to Federline after a monitored visit and officers had paramedics haul the pop star off to a hospital for undisclosed reasons. She was released after a day and a half in Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre.

Reporters were only allowed into the courtroom for about a minute before Gordon said it would be a closed session. During that time he granted a motion from Spears' lawyers to quash a subpoena, but there was no information given about what the subpoena involved or to whom it had been issued.

Family law court sessions routinely are held in secret, but the commissioner appeared to be gathering information on the incident to revisit his orders.

Court spokesman Allan Parachini said the morning session was taken up with testimony from a Los Angeles police officer who was one of the first to arrive at Spears' home on the night of January 3.

"He testified about his observations from when he responded to Ms Spears' house on that night," Parachini said without providing any of the details of the testimony.

Parachini said up to nine witnesses would be called in the hearing and it was not likely to end today.

Police officers monitoring the paparazzi outside the courthouse warned them to stay on the footpath, and several were issued citations by bicycle-mounted officers for being in the street.

What I don't understand is. More than a week ago all hell broke lose, because she didn't want to give the kids away. She broke down.
Than she states in that interview, that her kids mean the world to her. And that she would give up her own life to show how much she cares about them.

And than she doesn't even show up at court?! She didn't attend the actual hearing. OK, what I think what's best is that the kids stay with Kevin until she straightens her shit out. Those poor lil' kids, they're such victims it's crazy.

So it's really for the best what happened now. And she better not start threatening to kill herself! Cause Britney you brought on yourself this time!
