I loved the first two albums but never got around to getting Howl...

Its one of those so many ppl always say they sounded like The Jesus Of Mary Chain...which at times they did.

Still seeing BRMC and TCTC was a quality gig.

Yeah, the Jesus and Mary Chain comparisons are quite common...there is a lot of shoegaze influence that can be heard in their first two albums, but in addition to the heavy distortion, that's probably where the comparisons are drawn from...

When I saw them it was the same week as one of them had broke their hand at the Brat Awards...Was funny cos the crowd kept shouting for one song and he was 'I've broke my hand and can't play that one...'

Are BRMC one of those American bands who've been more successful in England than the States?..Tho when I saw them it was at a uni venue...
