I liked the Elevate video better.


The heart is creepy and yucky especially at 00.58!
And the video has cheesy parts. Laying on the bed and in a kitchen
And I seriously laughed when her hair goes up with the heart beating. WTF it's hilarious.

I must say she looks GORGEOUS with the blue beenie on. She looks fresh and young, I just love her hair like that and the shade of colour (too bad she's more blonde now...)

When she tears those messages down like the "I'm fat" and "I'm lost" I chuckled again. Also when she pushed that guy away. Can you say CHEESY. And not to mention that first hug.
But her figure looked really slim in the video. Especially with the beautiful straight hair. Just dress casual Alanis, it's your best look!

Oh and I HATE those advertisements. C'mon Alanis that's so not your doing! The car and the Nokia cellphone brand.

Verdict: the video is just okay. I'm happy that she atleast put a lot of effort in it, as opposed to older videos of hers...'Out Is Through' much? But the Elevate video is just natural and I love the storyline a lot more. The new one is more mainstream yes, but too much red and seriously that heart freaks me out a bit. And her "dayjob" scenes got repeative after a while. She should have done something special for the bridge.

It's like that on all the forums. Alanis isn't really popular anymore. There are always a couple of people to keep this kinds of threads alive xD I love it

As for the video it's kinda blah which doesn't matter really beacuse it won't receive any tv rotation anyway . She looks good with straight hair tho and I love the red dress
