Alanis is by far not as popular as she used to be back then in the late 90's or early 2000's.

Yes it was odd. Or it was like her assistent who said it to certain fans but still I don't get why she doesn't like it there. Maybe something happened who knows?
Atleast she knew where it was when Dame Edna asked her on the Graham Norton show LMAO

When I heard her single I didn't feel it was going to be a hit, the verses are to wordy, (like alot of Alanis songs). Hopefully she won't be doing to big of a venue, cuz she's going to have a hard time selling tickets, everybody knows Avril, Kelly Clarkson, Rihanna and now sheryl crow is having a really tough time selling tickets (she's only sold 3,400 tickets to a nyc venue and thats nyc not some middle of nowhere town).
The musical landscape has changed into like what was said before a beat driven dance scene, if Alanis did a "danceclub" style album will fans consider her a "sellout" or just trying to stay relevant.

I don't nessecarily think that her true fans would call her a "sell out" if she pulled a total 180. I think they would applaud it.
Point is this record has the chance to become HUGE for her again. But picking the wrong singles again isn't going to help her.
This record is everything Alanis represents but spiced up a bit (meaning her sound has gotten a breath of fresh air) and it works perfectly. They just need to take risks with the singles cause taking the safe route is doomed for failure.
Buh if they want to play a bit safe but still put out a somewhat "experimental" song that could surprise people, I would go for 'Giggling Again For No Reason' it's old it's new it's catchy.
These lack of actions from her label piss me off.
This album even has Grammy potential!! (not that that means anything anymore but you know) WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE!!!

yeah, it's got a grammy potential, but Alanis doesn't do anything about it. She's very very lazy.

Yeah she can be lazy but she does the best she can, I mean with promo and all. Her label could behandeling it much better but they don't FUCKAS

I personally don't think this [Flavors] is as good as her earlier works.
