There's nothing more boring than a band who releases the same album over and over for like 15 years.

Okay so, i TOTALLY agree with that.
And what's starting to piss me off, a lot of people are ONLY attending incubus concerts because they find Brandon attractive and only know one of their songs. Thats good for the band because of the money, but that's not a fan... Sure he's a good lookin guy. I really would like to show them a picture of Brandon in high school when his hair was down to his ass and then in S.C.I.E.N.C.E when his hair was in long dreads and his clothes with holes and dirt. I honestly would like to see their opinions on the band back then when they were rarely sober.
Their BEST album(s) will forever be Fungus amongus and S.C.I.E.N.C.E... only because i think that's their best sound. but i LOVE every record. it gives me a different view on them.
and i totally agree with you... If i had to explain Light Grenades I explain it as a mix between Morning view and Make yourself with a little bit of a new vibe. the actual song Light Grenades reminds me of something that could have been on S.C.I.E.N.C.E but as one of those bonus songs only because it doesn't really fill the theme of the record--almost like Cologne... haha that song is weird and random.
Anyways.
Like Nick said.... ACLOTM has some AMAZING solos, beats, lyrics and so on.. although its not my fave record it was a good experiment for the band...
I like bands that change their song.
Imagine if Incubus still sounded like S.C.I.E.N.C.E... it would basically mean that the band lacks creativity and don't wanna travel outside of their safety line and comfort zone.
So Kudos to Incubus for that.
They will always be one of my fave bands.
THey put on a kick ass show
ALWAYS will have amazing records even if they aren't my favorite record... but so far I have never been disappointed with Incubus.
Well besides their live dvd and their backstage stuff. that was a dissappointment.
