A reunited No Doubt with Gwen Stefani returned to their hometown of Orange County, and while there, performed Stand and Deliver with Katy Perry and The Sounds on August 4th a the Verizon Ampitheatre.

Katy Perry Prayed For Big Boobs




"I Kissed A Girl" singer Katy Perry recently revealed that she spent much of her childhood praying to God to give her large breasts, and ultimately her "request was granted."

According to Britain's The Sun, Perry says, "I remember really vividly kneeling by my bed as a nine-year-old, saying my prayers and asking God to give me boobs that were so big that if I laid on my back I wouldn't be able to see my feet."

But the singer also says that being well-endowed comes at a cost and that she has to be much more responsible now in order to avoid falling out of any of her cleavage-revealing outfits during her energetic stage shows. Her efforts to avoid any potential public mishaps include jumping rope before she goes out to make sure everything stays where it belongs.

"I look like Rocky," she says. "This way I can ensure that everything is firmly in place and I won't have a wardrobe malfunction. Don't want those boulders doing a show of their own."

Katy mentions her divine gifts in the lyrics to the title track of her hit album, "One Of The Boys." She sings, "...And i tape these suckers down 'cause they just get in my way."

Katy and her endowments will join Victoria Beckham and Shania Twain as a guest judge on the next season of American Idol.

YOU could ask her about kissing girls. You could ask her about the number of sexual partners she has had. But questions regarding the trademark lawsuit involving an Aussie fashion designer were strictly off-limits during interviews with visiting pop star Katy Perry yesterday.
So when Sunrise entertainment editor Nuala Hafner veered off in that direction at a pre-recorded interview with the singer, Perry's manager pulled the plug - literally. Hafner said she was asking Perry if she admired any Australian artists when suddenly the lights went out.
"We thought someone must have tripped over the lead to the lights but we later found out Katy's manager pulled the plug because he thought I had asked an offensive question," she said.
Perry's minders have been desperate to avoid talk of the legal action brought against Aussie designer Katie Perry, which was dropped earlier this year.



The interview, to be broadcast today, was resurrected by Perry, who explained there was nothing wrong with the question.
"She was just delightful and very keen to make amends. She calmed him down and, after several apologies, the interview resumed," Hafner said.

What's happening here?



Yes, what this is the reaction of Katy Perry's manager to his charge being asked a difficult question in an interview. Panicking that Perry might not be able to handle the hard-hitting enquiry, the manager had pulled the plug on the interview.

Literally, he pulled the plug. Perhaps he didn't realise that it's meant to be a figurative phrase; perhaps it's lucky he went with "pull the plug" and not "knock the thing on the head" or "pull her out."

The challenging enquiry was "do you admire any Australian artists?", although to be fair - and by "to be fair" I mean "making him look even more like a chump" - he hadn't heard the question properly, and thought that Perry was being asked about the pointless dispute she'd been dragged in to where she tried to sue Australian Katie Perry for being in the fashion business.

That was a ridiculous idea in the first place - trying to use legal action to block someone who had been using her own name for years, in a business that isn't actually Katy Perry's focus. It's almost as if Perry is being managed by an intemperate buffoon or something.

Still, everything got smoothed out:

Hafner added: "[Katy] was just delightful and very keen to make amends. She calmed him down and, after several apologies, the interview resumed."

Wow, her manager is really lucky that his star is so good at calming situations down and keeping everyone on side when he's behaving like a prima dona. She's surely worth the 10% of his income she must charge him.

Katy Perry gets fruity in Sydney

Katy Perry hit Sydney for a concert dressed as...a strawberry. Although she appears to be hiding her modesty with a guitar, she's actually sporting some spangly red hotpants, which co-ordinated nicely with the berries on her bust.
As well as providing a good stage prop (Katy grabbed her erm boob berries in a slightly suggestive way a couple of times during the performance), Katy also keeps her trademark fifties look alive with this getup. She also earns points for not wearing a GaGa-style frog on her head at any point during the night.

Katy Perry Thinks Lady Gaga Purposely Started Hermaphrodite Rumors

Katy Perry has spoken out about speculation Lady Gaga is a hermaphrodite - insisting the singer fueled the rumors on purpose.

Internet footage of the "Poker Face" singer onstage earlier this year sparked fresh debate as to whether or not the hitmaker has both female and male reproductive organs because a bulge could clearly be seen.

Gossip website HollyScoop.com also reported that Gaga actually addressed the rumors of her sexuality with a blog entry at Christmas. The website claims the singer wrote, "It's not something that I'm ashamed of, just isn't something that i go around telling everyone. Yes. I have both male and female genitalia, but i consider myself a female."

The singer has since slammed the rumors as "ridiculous", but Perry is convinced Lady Gaga purposefully made it look like she had a bulge in order to garner more publicity.

Perry has reportedly told Britain's Mirror newspaper, "It's all very calculated. She knows what she's doing. She put something in her knickers, a mini strap-on (sex toy). Bless her if she does have a d**k, but I am certain she doesn't."
