Katy Perry Does New Year’s Eve Sans Shoes

I looooves me some Katy Perry. You know why? Because only somebody like her would get up onstage wearing a 1850’s hooker outfit.

Plus, I’m almost 99% sure that she’s not wearing any shoes (unless she’s wearing invisible shoes, the way Lindsay Lohan once claimed that she was wearing invisible underwear when the paps caught pictures of her hoo-ha).

Pantyhose? Yes. Drink in hand? Check. Shoes? Damnit! She totally knew something was missing, too.

I can tell by the look in her eyes.

Anyway, these pics are from Katy’s performance last night at The Paramount in Los Angeles.

Even shoeless, she’s totally hot.

How can you not love her?

I Kissed A Girl singer Katy Perry and her boyfriend, Gym Class Heroes frontman Travis McCoy, have broken up. And not because she's kissed a girl!
On the day of New Year's Eve, Travis took to his blog to let the world know what he's going through.

Katy Perry, Travis McCoy Call It Quits?
Katy Perry and her Gym Class Heroes beau Travis McCoy have split, a source close to Perry confirmed to Usmagazine.com Friday.

"It's sad, but they were fighting a lot because they never saw each other and now she is going on tour," the source told Us. "She just needed a clear head. It's been non-stop work for her."

McCoy posted the lyrics to Main Source's tune "Looking at the Front Door" on his blog about the breakup, which was first reported by Celebuzz.

"We fight every night, now that's not kosher. I reminisce with bliss of when we was closer. And wake up to be greeted by an argument again, You act like you're 10...My friends always tell me how I'm lucky to possess the best looking girl in the whole U.S....it seems like just two years back when we were bonded and not pierced, but now I keep itchin' to jet," he wrote.

In December, Perry -- who gained worldwide fame in 2008 with her hit "I Kissed a Girl" -- told Us they weren't planning a walk down the aisle any time soon.

"Planning a wedding and promoting a record -- those two things don't exist in the same sentence," Perry told Us. "You have to just enjoy each other because people change, you know.

"And either you can change with them and evolve with them and then you start to realize OK, we can do this, this can happen for a long time, or, you change," she continued. "You realize you know that you are turning into a different person. Who knows? You know, he has a busy life too, and life is busy over here."

A rep for Perry could not be reached for comment.

Katy Perry No Longer Kissing Travis McCoy

"Hot N Cold" singer Katy Perry's relationship with Travis McCoy of Gym Class Heroes is officially on ice. A source close to the couple has confirmed to E! News that the two called it quits just before New Year's.

Perry, 24, who received her first Grammy nod for her smash hit "I Kissed a Girl," had been dating McCoy, 27, for about a year. The former couple hit the road together last summer for the Vans Warped tour and had recently returned from a vacation to Mexico for the holidays.

On New Year's Eve, Travis took to his blog at FriendsOrEnemies.com to express his feelings about the split. He posted the lyrics to "Looking at the Front Door" by Main Source, which includes the lines: "I’m the one you’re against and it doesn’t make sense/‘Cause I’m the one that you claim to love for life/But all I get is gray hairs and strife."

He followed that post with one about his current squeeze—his laptop, which he says is "LOYAL. LISTENS. and NEVER LETS ME DOWN."

All's quiet over on Katy's blog...for now.
