Ranks the boys stage presence

on a scale of 1-5.....

Note: this is all in my opinion. As a fan, I am allowed to criticize as well as compliment.

Evan - 5 Why? He is always moving around, never seems tired. Talks alot. Smiles alot. Is consistent in stage presence. He and avril are always air guitaring together on stage!

Matt - 4 Why? Well, he's a dummer so it'l kinda hard to do stage presence for him since he CAN'T MOVE. However, he talks alot, smiles alot. He bangs him head a lot (which is basically all a drummer can really do). Spins his drumstick is a good sign too. He's consistent in head banging.

Jesse - 4 Why? He loves to move! He moves more than Evan but he plays guitar very low and looks at his guitar and fingers alot. That kinda buries his face and drops his mark. He also doesn't go to avril as much as Evan. He's consistent in stage presence.

Charlie - 1 Why? Because alls he does is stand in his little corner next to Matt's drums and plays bass. Doesn't seem to have any facial expressions, doesn talk, and doesn't move. BUT THE REAL REASON WHY HE GETS 1 and not say 2 or 3 is because he seems rather two-faced stage presence wise. Most of the time, he's boring but in rare times (losing grip video, metallica fuel, and toronto show) he is VERY GOOD as stage presence. At those times he deserves a 4 or 5. Metallica and losing grip had a rather rockier, older audience and toronto was his hometown with all his friends probably watching, so he puts out effort. But other times it seems like the 12-year-old avril's fans aren't good enough for him to put in any effort. Mark probably hated the younger avril fans too but he always had stage presence. Isn't that what the boys are hired to do? Play instruments and put on a good show.

Heck I'll do avril too...

Avril 3 Why? She moves, but stays in the "microphone" position alot. She talks but some shows she doesn't talk as much as others. Sometimes, she is friendly and other times she is bored.
Sometimes she has KILLER stage presence and other times she is rather boring. So basically somewhere between Charlie and Evan in terms of stage presence.

What do you guys have to say about their stage presences?

i agree with all that, i` really think Charlie should move around more. He has like no fun` he never speaks during interviews. I think he is preety boring` but thats my opinion. Erm` but i couldn`t put avril as 3...she`s usually moving around forever...but then again` it depends how she`s feeling. I dunno tho...

I agree, except Avril has to be at least a 4.5! lol. She tries to sing properly and I guess you have to have your head straight and your mouth in the right position for the microphone.

yea give us singers a break. its hard to jump around and still sing and not have your voice volume like shake cause your jumping. thats why i respect like pierre from simple plan so much cause he does it pretty well.

London had fucking awesome stage presence! at beachfest he was reading peoples signs in the audience which most people don't do and when he saw my closet monster sign he pointed at me and kept on looking at me and he was jumping off of matts drum platform.... but then he probably doesn't have good stage presence when he doesn't like his audince of 12 year olds, although i have to say Jesse's stage presence is by far the best!

evan - 5 cuz he rocks on the geetar
matt - 4 cuz he wicked at the drums
jesse - 3 he rocks out when he wants to
charle - 3 he was wicked at the metalllica thing!
avril - 3 cuz sumtimes she just stands there but still is wicked!

i think all of them deserve a 5 i dont care what any say, that's what i think and it's not cuz i like them or whatever i jsut think that it's my opinion............

i agree with static's opinion bout london - and jesse of course...

i also think matt (the shirt - or the lack of) and evan have a niceeee stage performance, i have to say that charlie does move more on stage then he did in the beginning - apart from that his bass-skills are still good

i dunno, avril could be like jumping round more, for instance when she did MTV Icon, she should have been moving more - it would have been a lot more interesting to watch (it still rocked tho)
