Can't view any videos - Avril Lavigne Bandaids: The Best Damn Avril Lavigne Fansite

Arrrrrg.....I can't view any videos because fucking Real One Player says that I need a software update to play them, but it doesn't tell me what to install.....this fuckin pisses me off because I haven't been able to watch any videos besides Diary which was in Windows Media Player. Would someone please tell me what to do??

have you installed the latest divx codec? also its best to play those vids in powerdvd if you have it

how do you download it? cause when I play it on Power DVD, nothing comes up

if you go to the main site on the video information page luke put up a link to it and you can dl it from there

but when I downloaded the preview, it said to uninstall the one that I already have (the one that doesnt show an image). Isnt that just stupid because then I have to use trial forever (im trying to watch Egos and Icons btw)

Edit: Ermmm....intsalling the program worked, but trying to watch Egos and Icons didn't. The picture basically froze after a few seconds of part one. I tried three times, but the same thing happened....
