you'll have to rip the entire video, then use a program such as windows movie maker to cut out the piece u want. at least thats what i think.

Okay this is what I think
  • If you own the video (If you have it downloaded) Use movie maker Or any movie editing programme to cut the whole Clip into mini clips and Save the clip you want.
  • If you dont have the video you want and its Online such as in google video/ youtube , You can google "Download youtube videos" and then you will find many sites to use , When u insert the url for the video it automaticly downoads it into ur Pc.
  • Or you could use a Hyper cam! Thats the easiest , That allows u to take a video from ur screen , Its like ur using ur own camera BUT inside ur screen .. just like screenshots but videos. You could take the part u want save it and use it!
