ok i'm gonna show you what i did and how it didn't do how you told me to do it
I opened 2 pics then open a blank page put size 530 x 230 like u said then i hit the selection tool thats a rectangle and made a square around the pic then hit edit then hit copy and pasted onto the blank page but thats what it did just showing the middle of the pic now the whole pic

Ok so far i figured out that four arrow thing now i gotta get rid of the line in the middle
so where do i find the rubber part to rub out the line in the middle so that its gone and u don't see it
