Um well, I suppose they can be taken down, but that would mean the site would be shut down.

Sharifa's primary source for money is no longer available, these new adds and tour ticket links are a new way of making money.

Being part of the solution instead of complaining makes the site a better place aswell

We need them to make money for the site. Otherwise, I'm sure it would be extremely difficult to keep the site up. I'm not talking about the google ads alone. I don't think they can fund a website soley by themselves ha ha. Trust me, we have had a lot worse "ad" ways to make money. If you could easily move them then sure, but I don't really see the big deal. They are simple, we need them, and I don't think it's the end of the world if we keep them there. I don't think the placement of the nominal google ads will cause people to have emotional breakdowns or burn down thier city in anger.
