I think this guy should find people on his own site that are interested in the position. They would know the site a lot better than us. If it is so successful then I guess they have a lot of members.

Maybe they possibly want someone different to add to the combination of already existing staff, and where else to get it but Bandaids. The site's success is obviously an attraction to these people, and they want someone from here. I am guessing because they want some Bandaid's spirit on their team.
