I dont know to what extent we can go in this situation. Formal complaints via PM always help if you honestly feel upset/threatened/bullied by this person.

Thing is, you guys may think you're doing your best but the members aren't happy. A lot of people are blatantly stating that they don't like certain things, and you guys are just like "well we're doing what's best for the site and you're not telling us what's wrong so what do you expect?" Well, we ARE telling you what's wrong, you just disagree with it. And you may be doing what you think is best, but obviously that may need to be adjusted if people aren't happy with it. Just listen to us. You guys can and are wrong. Don't argue and say that you're doing your best when we state what we think, because obviously what you think is "best" may not be. I mean, even some STAFF members aren't happy, but are they getting listened to? No, doesn't seem so.

Just listen. Don't argue and get offensive and learn to accept that, yes, you CAN be wrong. Remember way back when you were five and you learned all those skills in kindergarden? Yeah, let's pull those skills out of the closet, dust them off, and start putting them to use.

Huh? Which staff members arent happy? It hasnt been brought up at all. So how can we listen?

We are listening Amy but in the end of the day decisions have to be made, and we try make the best ones we can. All you want is for us to tell you every little thing that we do, thats what I have gathered from all the posts. We dont want the focus on what staff members do, we want the focus on Avril Lavigne. In fairness only a handful of the hundreds of active members have posted here. A lot of your posts are telling us what we are doing wrong, but would you like to tell us what we SHOULD be doing? THAT would be helpful WHAT would make YOU happy Amy?

i know paul said, it has nothing got to do with his thread being closed, but in all honesty, why was his thread closed?, it was in offtopic...he was blatently not being offensive to anyone, or being serious about anything, he was having fun!...

you said the only people complaining ,is a trend to them...well...ive never been banned...never had an infraction...andd..i havent just had a thread closed!...

most things are fine...my main problem..is...obviously..the majority people here are avril fans.. fair enuff some arent and say bad shit about avril all the time..and go bite there heads off all you want...but for the fans..who dont agree with everything avril does..and they make a bad comment about avril...usually..a staff member, comes on.,..and tells them to stop putting avril down...but i mean..it is there own opinion on the certain thing avril is doing, if they dont like it...then let them put it down..its not a fucking ''oh my god, avril is god, we must defend her every movement'' site...its a fansite..fans do sometimes disagree with things the person does..let them disagree.

im not aiming this at you lewis, cos i have never seen a situation where you defend every little thing avril does..but some of the staff on here do.
