Using Bandaids photos - Avril Lavigne Bandaids: The Best Damn Avril Lavigne Fansite

I want to put some photos from Avril Bandaids into my site. Can I do that? There're lots of links to Avril Bandaids from my site and I would write that photos are from there. Where can I ask permission for that?

I think it's fine to use Bandaids pics as long as...you don't untag them, and you link/credit Bandaids by the pics. You should be fine, but if someone yells at you...I'll let you blame me.

Also, make sure you upload them to your own server, don't hotlink the pictures.

but if they arent bandaids pics, like bandaids didnt take them themselves then i dont see a problem with it, just ask the ppl who made this site.
