TMZ has obtained a letter Kate Gosselin's lawyer fired off to the lawyer for Jon -- and, to put it mildly, it's war.

In it, Singer expresses outrage that Jon secretly raided Jon and Kate's money market account "of hundreds of thousands of dollars," leaving only about $1,000. I read this on TMZ. I knew this Heller Family is bad scum. Just read the 3 first pages, and it gave we a little bit of hope now. It´s going interesting to follow up this in the news.

We've learned the judge in the Kate Gosselin vs. Jon Gosselin case (formerly known as ("Jon & Kate Plus 8") will hold a conference call between the battling lawyers in the next half hour, and there could be an order forcing Jon to return several hundred thousand dollars back to their joint account.

It will be interesting if the judge lets Jon's lawyer, Mark Heller, on the call -- he's not licensed to practice in PA.

I think one thing we all need to remember is we don't know really know what's going on. We know they are separated and probably will divorce soon, but who will represent Avril and exactly what her relationship with the Heller family is, is up in the air. She may ask Mark Heller to represent her, she may not. Yes they seem to be a family of scumbags but what can we do about it?

I'm trying to keep a positive outlook about the whole thing. I think it is good that Avril is keeping out of the public eye. She is aware of her image and wants to keep things as quiet as possible. Also Mike Heller doesn't seem to be feeding stories about her to the media like he does with Jon.
